Kickboxing

 

 RHCC will have kickboxing, Cardio, Self- defense classes which will be held on Mondays from 6pm to 7pm, Wednesdays from 7pm to 8pm, Saturdays from 10am to 11am and Sundays from 3pm to 4pm.  Engages your whole body for a complete caleroie burning workout.  Classes cost $4 per class or  $25 per month. Instructor: Que Hall

Zumba classses are held on each Tuesday and Thursday evening from 7pm to 8pm, Saturdays from 9am to 10am and Sundays from 2pm to 3pm. Come prepared to "Shake it".  Bring a friend for double the fun. Classes cost $4 per class or $35 per month. Instructors: Warren "Reggie" Cassidy and Dynamic Trio
  

Teen Fitness

We also offer fitness for the teens.  The class is every Tuesday from 6pm to 7pm.  Classes are $3.00.  They will be challenged by out instructors, Real Deal Fitness

Thursdays- 40 years old and up

Fridays- Teens

RHCC Fitness Center is here for you to Get Fit and Develop a Healthier Lifestyle.

We have cardio and circuit training machines along with weights!

Membership only cost $40 per year!!!!

 

 

First State Destroyers –

a nonprofit organization, have been providing a safe, competitive environment for our community’s young athletes since summer 2012! We are open to both boys and girls between the ages of 7 and 18 years, and their athletic abilities.

FSD Track & Field provides a program that encourages and develops discipline, fitness, good sportsmanship, responsible behavior and a strong sense of personal pride and satisfaction. The experienced coaching staff is committed to teaching the fundamentals of Track & Field in a positive, supportive and most importantly, fun environment.
